How far in advance should I book one of your services?
You should book at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability and allow us to prepare your desired transportation service.
What if I have to make changes to the number of people?
You should let us know at least 2 days in advance of the new number of total passengers.
Are there any additional costs for the transportation services?
This will depend on the service you have booked.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Depends on services you have booked. We will discuss with you.
What happens if I have to cancel my booking?
No refunds will be able to be issued.
What is your refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, there will be no refunds issued. Please double-check your booking details before confirming.
What if I want to have the vehicle for a few extra hours?
There will be an additional charge of 250,000 IDR per hour.
